Soft opening from June 8th to July 6th.
Official opening on July 9th, 2026.
Right in the heart of Chelsea, we’re opening our very first London brasserie, driven by the same obsession that has inspired us from the very beginning: championing a cuisine made entirely in-house, crafted from raw, carefully sourced seasonal ingredients, while celebrating the great tradition of French brasseries. We couldn’t be prouder to bring our know-how and our cuisine across the Channel.
You’ll find what we do best: expertly executed French classics, an open kitchen facing the dining room, and wood-fire cooking — all elevated with a few new additions: breakfast service, seafood at the counter, lobster and fries, and a final drink downstairs at the Venus Bar…

SEASONAL, ALWAYS
That's our motto. We'll never have tomatoes on our plates in the middle of the winter. We cook everything with the freshest produce, and our menus constantly evolve with the seasons.
100% HOMEMADE
Everything is made from scratch using carefully selected fresh ingredients. We receive whole carcasses of meat and fillet our fish ourselves. We prepare every vegetable from our favourite market gardeners from start to finish, so that nothing goes to waste.
LOCAL TERROIRS
We wanted to celebrate the heritage of French gastronomy while embracing local terroirs. Fish, meat, vegetables, and dairy products are sourced from across Great Britain, while a few French essentials — such as our Maison Millas saucisson and our wine cellar — naturally crossed the Channel with us.
FARM TO TABLE
Whenever possible, we work directly with producers. To name just a few: our bread comes from The Dusty Knuckle, our coffee from Volcano Coffee Works, and our beers from Harbour Brewing Co, brewed in Cornwall.
Eating and drinking the French way
Designed with a distinctly French elegance, Brasserie Olivia is as playful as it is sophisticated. Extending from the bar — where guests settle in from lunch through dinner — an oyster bar unfolds with langoustines, oysters, and other seafood delights served one after another. Nearby, a lobster tank firmly anchors the brasserie in a consciously retro French Riviera spirit.
Balancing timeless classics with contemporary interpretations of the French repertoire, the menu fully embraces wood-fire cooking. Here, French recipes engage in a dialogue with British terroir, guided always by a commitment to seasonal, house-made cuisine.
Open from breakfast through to the final drinks of the evening, Olivia offers an extensive breakfast menu, from the croissant — the iconic French breakfast staple, homemade of course — to more substantial dishes such as the galette complète or the egg gribiche sandwich. Downstairs, the Venus Bar combines a festive atmosphere with an audiophile spirit and is available for full private hire.
