We've anchored our third brasserie in Paris's 11th arrondissement. Nestled right at the corner of the bucolique Square Gardette, its stunning façade - featuring a two-tone awning, a stained-glass window featuring a roast chicken effigy, fiery neon lights and prolific greenery - can be seen from the rue Saint-Maur. Brasserie Martin is an imposing local joint that shares the same vocation as its predecessors: to fervently uphold the French art of living.

SEASONAL, ALWAYS

That's our motto. We'll never have tomatoes on our plates in the middle of the winter. We cook everything with the freshest produce, and our menus constantly evolve with the seasons.

100% HOMEMADE

We cook absolutely everything in-house, using carefully selected fresh produce. We receive our meat carcasses whole and clean our fish ourselves. We even make the sausage for our saucisse- purée in our charcuterie lab at Brasserie Martin.

LOCAL AND FRENCH

We're fighting to save our French gastronomic heritage, so wherever possible we source almost all our products locally and regionally.

FARM TO TABLE

We deal directly with a wide range of producers, not only for our cooking matters but also when it comes to wines for our cellars. For instance, our fries and mashed potato are made from potatoes grown in the Baie de Somme, and our mixed greens come from Seine-et-Marne.

Brasserie Martin is just that - a glitzy neighborhood hangout with large tables that play on clichés. As an additional treat, it features a sunny double terrace with around a hundred seats. The speciality of the house: an huge rotisserie with 4 spits working at full capacity from dawn to dusk. On the menu, carefully sourced, well-grown produce - Bourbonnais lamb, Salers beef, free-range poultry, etc. - is grilled all day long. And let's not forget the legendary roast chicken, which can be eaten on your own or shared at weekends or during the week. Brasserie Martin is also home to Le Petit Martin, our tiny wine bar you can leave with a bottle of wine tucked under your arm anytime.
