A haven for lovers of signature cocktails and great music, tucked away in the basement of Brasserie Olivia. In an ultra-intimate setting, come sip the crème de la crème of cocktails. Unique creations crafted by the one we no longer need to introduce: our mixologist, Jennifer Le Nechet. As for the music, you’ll have the pleasure of taking the DJ booth and selecting the vinyl of your choice from a fine vintage selection of your favorite classics.

The menu takes a more experimental turn here, featuring about ten cocktails with flavors that are as captivating as they are surprising. More of a “Bohemian Rhapsody” kind of person? “Kool & the Gang” or “Just an Illusion”? You’re not dreaming—our liquid creations pay homage to your favorite hits. To satisfy your hunger pangs: oysters from Olivia’s oyster bar and a few snacks from the Brasserie will be available à la carte.
