To book a table in one of our brasseries, all you have to do is go to the page of the restaurant you'd like to book for, accessed from the home page, the burger menu or via the footer.
If there's no time slot available, don't panic: we only dedicate a part of our tables to bookings, so you can try to come in without one, by going straight to the front desk. We'll do our best to accommodate you!
You can cancel at any time via the confirmation email you receive after booking your table. If you can't find this email, check your spam!
If you wish to postpone your booking, you must cancel your booking and make a new booking on the new date. However, to add or remove a place setting from your reservation, you must send an e-mail to ondiscute@lanouvellegarde.com specifying the brasserie in which you have a reservation, as well as the name, date and time of your reservation.
We have set up formulas for groups over 20 persons. If you are 20 or more, you can request a group reservation on the page of the brasserie you wish to visit.
We have a few gluten-free dishes on the menu of our brasseries: mayo egg, sausage and mashed potato, beef skirt steak... If in doubt, don't hesitate to ask your waiter for advice, or consult our menus on the page of the brasserie you'd like to visit.
We accept tickets restaurants(tickets and cards) from Monday to Friday, at lunchtime only. However, we do not accept chèques vacances.
If your pet fits under the table and doesn't disturb the service, you can bring him along!
So that children can enjoy the feast too, we have a few high chairs available in each of our brasseries.
We have a few vegetarian options on the menu in our brasseries: our Comté AOP and cheese plates, a few vegetarian starters (depending on the season, grated carrots, cucumber in cream sauce, asparagus, BBQ broccoli salad, etc.) or our veggie of the moment in each of our brasseries.
Unfortunately, we don't have any vegan options on the menu. However, our chef can prepare a nice plate of seasonal vegetables on request.
Yes, you can order our gift vouchers on our website on the dedicated Gift Vouchers page. Vouchers are individualized by brasserie, and are thus valid only in the brasserie for which they were purchased. All the info you need to know is listed on the page.
