The founders, Victor & Charly, both came to the same conclusion : that no other institution ever expressed the art of French living as well as traditional brasseries, yet in recent years, these establishments had faded.
But The Nouvelle Garde brasseries are not merely outdated restaurants but lively institutions where one can drink and dine in true French fashion, immersing in the vibrant Parisian lifestyle that shines from dawn until dusk.
A ballet of open kitchens, a thoughtful and heartfelt cuisine delivered with flair at affordable and fair prices while remaining faithful to the essentials of Parisian brasseries, exhilarating atmospheres, decors flirting with the charm of old-school Paris, French most wholesome wines and local spirits; all cheerfully orchestrated by passionated industry aficionados.
