Our ice creams and sorbets are churned in-house every day. Altogether, 12 exciting flavors can be freely matched with the house toppings: salted butter caramel, red fruit sauce, roasted hazelnuts, pink praline, meringue, etc.
Vine peach, Corsican mandarin, blackcurrant... our sorbets are exclusively seasonal.
The Glacier Des Prés display window is adorned with delicious cakes made daily by our head pastry chef Victoria Arosteguy, including a mouth-watering Cookie-Brest, the cookie version of our iconic Paris-Brest.

Whether you enjoy it take away style in the wide avenues of the Jardins du Luxembourg, or while sitting down at the Brasserie Des Prés, there's plenty of seasonal, handcrafted ice creams and sorbets to be had : Madagascar vanilla, pistachio, salted butter caramel and Menton lemon. Not to be missed: our secret recipe for Paris-Brest ice cream. Plenty of flavors to combine with the oh-so-regressive toppings of chocolate sauce or red fruit coulis, joined by a plethora of homemade cakes, including a mouth-watering Cookie-Brest.
